Romantic town

It was named romantic town (sometimes called magical) in idyllic places such as la Quinta de Regaleira, Monserrate or la Mata de Sintra with different architectural styles such as the Portuguese romantic golden age. Mysterious and unrivalled in natural beauty, the Palacio da Pena is on the high priority list of what to see. There are many sights to go to in this designated UNESCO world heritage site.

Wander through its narrow and steep lanes and be enthralled by its magic. From the Moor castle, you can see the ocean, enter one of the sumptuous rooms of the National Palace of Sintra or simply fall in love with the countess de Edla’s chalet.
